STORY

ART MILESTONE:

In Norse mythology, Tyr is a powerful and just god associated with law, justice, and bravery. One of the most common symbolic representations  of this God is the missing right hand, that he sacrificed in order to capture the giant Wolf Fenrir.

In an effort to come up with a different and unique perspective, I decided to make his right hand shining as if it were a "ghost hand", subtly representing the lack of it. But even tho I like to hide details and symbolisms in plain sight, this specific decision ended up being frequently misunderstood as if "there's no missing hand!".

TYR embodies the values of honor, integrity, and honesty. He upholds the moral and ethical standards of the Norse gods and is a protector of those who seek justice.
