Thank you for choosing Toro Gazze for your fine art prints. Please review our updated Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing & Printing

  1. Made-to-Order Prints: All of our fine art prints are produced on demand. Once you place an order, we submit it to our printing partner.
  2. Processing & Preparation Times:
    • Standard processing usually takes 3–5 business days for your art prints to be produced, examined for quality, and packaged carefully.
    • During high-demand seasons or for larger orders, processing may extend to 6–7 business days.
  3. Quality Control: After production, we conduct a detailed quality check to ensure each print meets our standards before packaging and shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  1. Carrier: We ship all orders via UPS Express Saver for both domestic and international destinations (unless specified otherwise).
  2. Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Shipping on orders totalling 130 € or more.
  3. Shipping Costs: For orders under 130 €, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  4. Responsibility After Dispatch: Once the package is handed over to UPS, delivery times and any potential transit delays are beyond our direct control, though we do our best to assist with any issues that may arise.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

  1. UPS Express Saver: Typically 2–6 business days (or longer, depending on your region).
  2. Transit Delays: These estimates can vary due to factors like customs inspections, weather conditions, local courier efficiency, and peak seasonal periods.
  3. Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please monitor your shipment’s progress using the tracking link provided.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  1. Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their respective countries.
  2. No Liability for Delays or Fees: We do not assume responsibility for delays or additional charges due to customs procedures.
  3. Checking Local Regulations: Before completing your purchase, please check your local import laws and taxes to avoid unexpected costs.
    If despite all the information above you still decide to place an order on our website, we’ll consider that the order has been placed with full knowledge of these conditions.
  4. We do not assume responsibility when there's a failure to collect the package or return to sender is done. However, it can be solved immediately by paying for another shipment and -once it's confirmed and after we check everything's pristine inside your package, we'll send it over again. Please reach out if that's your case.

5. Returns & Replacements

  1. No Returns for Prints: Due to the bespoke nature of our prints (made on demand specially to you), we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged.
  2. Damaged in Transit: In the extremely rare event (never happened yet) that your order arrives damaged:
    • Carefully remove the print from the packaging.
    • Take clear photographs of the damage.
    • Email us immediately with the photos and a detailed description at torogazze.co@gmail.com in a maximum period of 72 hours after arrival.
    • Repack the print as securely as possible. We may require the damaged item to be returned in a similar condition to assess or authorize a replacement.
  3. Replacement & Remedial Actions: If we confirm the damage, we will either replace the print or work with you on a suitable resolution. We aim to address any issues as quickly as possible.

6. Additional Information

  1. Peak Seasons & Holiday Periods: During holidays or high-volume seasons, both processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
  2. Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  3. Lost or Delayed Shipments: We will do our best to assist if a shipment appears lost or is significantly delayed, but we cannot guarantee resolution in every case due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” listed at the top.
